I think this is a major problem in the club. I have 6 letters in progress, 3 of the letters are to members that have not been active for a month and more. The do not have any letters in progress either. It is not unlikely that my 3 letters will never be registered. I will then not get anything back for my 300 stamps and I will also have to wait 90 days before getting new addresses. Can anything be done to avoid this problem? Not much, I am afraid. But one thing can be done: reduce to 60 or even 45 days before you can get new addresses. In this way the non-active members do not slow down the more active members.

I agree that this is a good idea to keep people actively swapping.

There is a limitation in place. You don't receive tickets of members that have not logged in for more than 30 days.

I agree. I have several (12 letters unregistered or lost), and some were to members that did not login afterwards. Maybe in these cases the sender should get a credit for that letter sent (scoring for instance the average score he has), so that we get a free slot to send and a letter more to receive.
