There are a lot of discussions about limiting rules after negative ratings, but I wonder what is now "state of the art"? Sending slots limited after 1 negative rating received, or 2 out of the last 10? An what about negative ratings *given*, I remember some discussion about counting them, too?

You are limited after 1 (in the last 10) and banned after 2 (in the last 10).

About given ratings, there was a limit about only giving maximum 2 negative ratings for the last 10 exchanges. This limitation was removed after some members argued that this should not be limited. This probably happens very rarely. At this point there is only one member that has given 2 negative ratings for the last 10 exchanges received.
