Used stamps exchanges.

When I elect to receive the details of a member to whom I am to send 100 stamps, I am now NOT receiving an email that gives me their profile (ok because I can get that from the members list), but I have not got their address.
Their address I cannot look up! So I am unable to send the stamps.

I was able to send my previous 100 as I had previously received 100 Stamps from that member and I used the return address on their envelope.

Currently I have AU-69 ready to send to member but I do not have their address.

I could email the member through the site and ask for their address but I am reluctant to do so on privacy grounds.

Why am I not receiving an email with the members details.
Any help appreciated.

I don't know for now what's the reason for occasional emails being lost. If this continues I'll try to find a different solution.

The emails are useful but the system is not dependent on them. As LukeDenmark explained you can still send/register if a email is lost.

I also didn't receive an email from an address I got today

Weird you don't get a mail any more.
But you can find the address if you go to stamps exchanges i the left menu, and then click at the ID number, then you can see the address and the profile
