Used stamps exchanges.

If I understand correctly, somebody will send me stamps after my letter is arrived, and registered?
How then is possible that some members have received more letters then they have sent?

It is understandable and ok if people receive the extra letter continue to participate. If not it is like a lost letter for the club even if it is necessary at some extend.
From what i understood, it should be better when more members will be in the club.
