Stamphunter from Croatia refuses to register my letter. He blackmails me into having to register his letter first. which he sent 72 days ago. But I didn't get any letter from him, so I can't register anything because it's against the rules. Please comment.

Like or not I'm on this mess myself, US-3504 was sent to Hrabus 65 days ago and still not
registered, maybe if he/she sent a letter to me, he/she is waiting for me to register it.
