I sent my first letter same day as you and received a letter last friday, that was all within europe. you might have to wait 10 more days

i sent my first stamps 20th june and received the first envelope 7th july ...that´s pretty fast ^^ it depends in which country the first person who got your address lives, of course. from some countries the mail travels over 30 days...
