Hello,

Member Fredes from Chile is not registering my letter. May be he does not know how, or may be he has not received my letter. I emailed him, may be somebidy can explain the registration in Spanish?

Can somebody help?

Besy wishes,

For China, it would be better to ask the members to put in their profile their address written in Chinese and in English. This way you decrease the probability to have the letter lost ( i am using this in postcrossing and it is working well ).

china mails are easy to get lost. Its best to get the person's telephone number to write on the envelope so the postman can call them to deliver the letters.

similarly my first sent stamps FI-1 to china has not been registered. the member did not sign in since june ! i know he is active in another website, just does not bother to register i guess... well, it would not be a surprise though if mail gets lost to china, or chile, so it may be they really did not receive.

i dont know also why the members who dont even sign in for months may be at higher ranking -especially as he has only sent once and there are others who have done the same later but still are after him in ranking...
