Used stamps exchanges.

What about the rest ? If you have received 2 damaged stamps and 2 others that are so slightly damaged that it's nearly invisible on the photo, but 96 (or more) correct stamps, it does not deserve a negative rating. But of course we would need to see the rest of the sending to have a better idea. It's a pity to show only damaged stamps, this website is not a professional stamp shop.

I agree and this 4 stamps are still collectible items, those who collect "USED" stamps should accept damages that occur when they are being used, that is a part of the postal history.
if the rest of the stamps are in 100% quality, then you should rate this for 5 stars

2 stars for only 4 damaged stamps (and not too severely damaged on what you show) ? It's quite hard for the sender if the rest of the sending was in perfect condition and with nice stamps.... No ?

Wow, how harsh can you be? I have dealings with the sender before and he has ALWAYS gone above and beyond to give satisfaction. I wouldn't be surprised if he had included extra to cover such problems. Did you count them?

Apparently I have to look at each stamp under a microscope to see this kind of damage. Also, the receiver said I only sent 98 stamps. If so, there are 3 nice new US stamps on the cover, so that would make it 101. I dont think I deserve a negative rating.

The biggest problem with this 100 stamp exchange site is that if you dont send what the member collects, than you get negative feedback and remarks. Sorry I dont have everything that someone collects. I think I had enough of this exchange site.

For 4 damaged stamps out of 100 you can not give a negative rating, which is 94% success rate and it is a statistically perfect state. For me, it is important that how many new stamps will come to my collection (the stamps can also be easily damaged to 94%). If there is no stamp in my collection and no stamp from the sender's country sends to me, then I will give a negative evaluation.

sorry 96% success rate. BTW, if I had to look for errors and damages, I would have found at least 4 damaged stamps in every single shipment, so I would have to give 30 negative ratings, hm.

You did not deserve this rating. I hope you can see the support you have from other members here. I have completed 57 sendings and never had such a bad experience. Please don't let one bad rating put you off. This club is a lot of fun!

I have sent out 8 exchanges and this is the only negative one. I packed this exchange no different than the rest.

Did you leave a personal message to the receiver? Or even an e-mail, as the username suggests...? Perhaps he has not even noticed our discussion here, I think you do not get an e-mail alert for discussions about photos.

Yes I have been in contact with the receiver and have sent another packet of stamps to them. I want to make good on my end of the deal.

i agree with most of the above ...if the damages are so few it should not affect the rating at all ! the receiver is totally unfair :( i received recently a lot with 13+ horrible damages and just corrected my rating to negative as i found even more damaged stamps and rating 3 was too kind suggesting that the lot was ok :(

I can't answer to all of you misters and leadies.I didnt think sender was not correct on me. I received me and my friends negative rating with good stamps but not requested in the wishlist.If someone accept damaged
stamps I don't know.

I didnt write that many of them were definitive. Now sender write he sent to me other 100.I didn't receive them but to close this story, I can put 3 as final votation

The problem was different damaged stamps, not 100.
I can't put 5 due definitives I found.Regards
