This exchange has a rating of 3, because there are only 89 stamps in good condition (14 damaged). On the "I like" - "I don't like" scale that some people use on this site, this exchange should have a rating of 1 or 2. However, there are good stamps in this lot.
Personally I do not like to give bad evaluations since I believe that all the people who exchange stamps, make a great effort to collect the stamps for the exchange, prepare an envelope, make a trip to the post office and pay for their shipping.
