In the letter are only 90 stamps. From these 90 are 7 damaged, 6 not washed off and 7 Cinderella's (not existing countries like Nagaland, Sharja, Umm al Quiwan). So only 70 stamps and 76 after washing off without damages.

Think it would be better that when you give a rating of 1 that you clearly show ALL the stamps you received (and maybe the envelop) In this picture a lot of stamps are covered by others. What I see in that section are mostly nice stamps.

Did you contact trainfanatic? Can't believe he did this on purpose after 42 swaps with an average of 4.57. Can it be just a -stupid- miscalculation?

He did not contact me before giving rating of 1. I have sent stamps of flora and fauna of different countries. Your profile does not correctly mention which countries you do not want or cinderellas.

Please mention specific in your profile that you do not want from non-existing countries. Nigeria and Oman are countries which still exist.

I don't see any stamps that are damaged. can you please elaborate on it?

I don't see any stamps that are damaged. Can you please explain how these stamps are damaged. It will help me to send stamps to other people in the future.

The cancellation by pen (NIGERIA stamp) is definitly not damage, but sign of real postal traffic. The demages of other stamps seems marginal from the photo.

The not washed stamps are also OK. It was discussed on forum. They are used and not damaged.

You are not completely right that Sharjah and Umm al Quiwan are cindarellas. They are real countries, and many of their stamps are listed in catalogues (for example MICHEL). Lot of their stamps were produced mainly for collectors outside of that states, but were generally valid for postage. I´m not sure if this is the case of the stamp in this trade, I do nat have my catalouge with me now.

Nagaland and State of Oman are cindarellas, you are right.

I cannot count the stamps in the trade, but it seems that you are generally very picky collector, so I have one question. What should be rating of your own sendings by your criteria? If 5 stars it is OK.

I am glad that so many people have their own opinion about rating stamps. When I send same stamps to different collectors, I get different ratings. In my opinion (and not only my opinion) a stamp with pen stripes is worthless. The stamps on scan that show backside are damaged. On some you see bad perforation, foldings can not be seen on scan, but believe me, no serious collector will take such stamps in collection. In my profile it is written clearly that I do not want to receive CTO's. In sending were not only the 7 stamps that I consider as Cinderella's, but also stamps from Bulgaria, Tanzania and Benin with printed cancellation (= CTO).
