Pourquoi que 3 étoiles ?

I see lots of stamps on paper, maybe thats the reason for 3 stars.

some Slovenia stamps that i see here cant be removed from paper...

some Russian postage stamps are also problematic to separate from paper.they are estimated at three points and you think it is normal! and how do you put three points raised a lot of discontent!
