Ma, scusatemi, I francobolli Cto, non sono francobolli ? Quale colpa hanno da essere qualificati come pessima scelta e di avere meno stelle ? Mi dite in quale parte del regolamento del club e' scritto che I francobolli Cto non sono accettabili e non sono graditi. Grazie e scusate

Ok, ma ancora non ho capito in quale parte del regolamento del club c'e' scritto che non e' consentito spedire francobolli CTO. Io penso che ogni decisione personale a riguardo non sia giusta e consentita.
