All CTO and definitives, 5 common stamps

I think that this swap doesn't deserve a negative rating if all the rules of the club are respected: 100 different stamps in good condition. IMHO.

Vorrei sapere se hai ricevuto francobolli rotti, macchiati o doppi ( sicuramente no, nei 100 francobolli non c'è nessun rotto,nessuno macchiato e nessun doppio) quindi tutte le regole sono state rispettate. Ti prego di fare vedere dove è scritta la regola che è vietato spedire CTO o DEFINITIVI, e per cui sei autorizzato a dare per questo 2 stelle. Ti prego di fare la foto in modo che si vedano tutti i francobolli nella loro interezza e non cercare di nasconderli. Sono convinto che questo non è giusto.

Maybe not the big Jackpot, but quality seems ok.
In my opinion no negative rating, at least neutral!

The rules say, 100 used stamps. CTO are not used stamps, I personally despised them. Usually give a 5 star on most of my trades but if I get CTO a 4 star rating is the most you will get from me.

Chci vědět jak zdejší exporti bezpečně poznají CTO poštovní známky - konkretně Československa. :)

I want to know how the local exporters safely know the CTO postage stamps-namely Czechoslovakia. :)

Are you changing the rules now?
The first rule says...100 used stamps, not 100 different stamps in good condition.
I may be repeating myself but the three basic rules when obeyed will be fine for every member.
The problem lies with some unscrupulous members that think that this is the place to dispose of their garbage.
