yes this is definitely rating 4 or 5 ...it makes me so sad to see more and more actually unfair ratings :(

The reason I left 3 stars is because there are only 73 stamps here. The sender did not send 100 stamps. I thought this was the 100 stamp exchange club.

Ok I did not count and sometimes not all stamps are visible on the photos. So yes, of course, if you don't receive 100 (or very very close to 100) stamps, this i clearly against the rules.
