4 stars because of 1 damaged stamp and there are only 99 stamps in an envelope.

Pete sends very nice stamps. What is one damaged stamp and one stamp missing out of 100 stamps.
I would be very happy with such a nice lot and I think that Pete deserves a 5 not a 4. Variaznel is expecting too much for a lot of 100 stamps.

i agree with Raymond :) it is clear the missing stamp was not on purpose. i would also rate this exchange 5. a couple of damaged or missing is understandable, i think, if the rest of the stamps are fine :)
