I am a semi advanced collector from Belgium. I am looking for exchanges from all over the world.
important: I don't want to receive CTO stamps (stamps issued and cancelled, but never used postall), and no damaged stamps.
For Europe I am mostly interested in stamps from after the year 2000. However please don't send German or French stamps, as I have nearly complete collections.
For African and Latin American countries I am interested in postally used stamps issued after 1970
From Canada, Australia and the US anything after 2008 is fine.
And from Asia anything from after 1980 is OK with me, but please no Japan, as I have a very good collection already.
I will send a good selection of mostly Belgium, I will include some semi postal stamps that are usually missing in collections and a good number from 1998 - 2015. Most of the stamps issued after 2006 will be self adhesives stamps.
