I got to send a letter to Belarus (SI-213)
but the receiver has got almost whole page in cyrilic - requests I can see, but address...
When address of sending was sent to my email, all I can see is %%%%%%%%%

it is still in cyrilic. but user sent me his address (but no collecting preferences)
I will send mixed set :)

I'm not sure if this will help, but I've had the same problem, even with some special characters (eg ^ roof) not coming through properly on my email. But if I go to my browser and login on this website and go to "stamps exchanges" and click on the exchange ID, then the address shows properly on there.
