Just a question.
I sent a lot to Spain, a little later (a week or so) I received an e-mail that the lot was received.
Why can't I find this lot in my private conversations. All lots that are received can be found there, except the one NL-1002.

When a letter is registered, a private conversation is started automatically only if your partner writes a message when registering the letter.
