Used stamps exchanges.

I was wondering if there can be an area in this site with instructions on how to Use 100Stamp Exchange Site or Web Page. I believe and know some people don't know how to Register a letter.
Yes, there are instructions in the Register Stamp Page, sorry to say some people never get to that page and never register the letters they receive. Maybe some of our letters are never register because of that reason.
Any thoughts on this

I did run into that problem some time back, the recipient thank me for the stamps I sent but did't register the shipment because "he didn't know how".
