I received a letter in a very bad condition, greasy, dirty and stamps stuck together it was SI 1029, whoever it was, I didn t send him any stamps.......

this letter is Auto registered on Feb.24th after 308 days travelling.
I think, that the sender is not blame in this case rather postal services.
