Used stamps exchanges.

A friend of mine wants to register for 100stamps.club but he keeps getting 'Name already in use', or having to redo the verification code (I vaguely remember some unclear instructions in that area when I registered), and if he then uses a new unique name the error is that his email address is already in use.

Is there a way to resolve this?

I'm not sure what is the case here, but when a member registers, an email is sent with a verification link. If the email is not received, you can also check the spam folder.
If the email is already in use, you can use the "Forgot your password?" option. This will send a new email.
At this point there are 3 accounts that are not verified. If you can tell me in a PM your friends username or the email used, I can activate that account. This accounts are deleted after some time if not verified.
