I did sent 6 envelopes at the same time but only 4 arrived. What do I have to do to contact the receivers of be1040 en be 1042 to check if they have received my stamps?

the opposite example. I sent a registered envelope RB993641065RU, on July 27, the person received my envelope but still did not register. the envelope is intended for Athor78

i think everyone here register stamps asap...
me personally hate, when people ask if it arrived yet - when it will i will check stamps and register

i am as eager as you are when i get something ;)
