Used stamps exchanges.

I still havent recieved some of my letters. What should I do? Who can I contact?
i have already contacted people who should have send them but is there any kind of admin on this page?

We are a philatelistic family and we will stop with exchanges till this gets resolved.

you never know, who sends to you and person you are sending to, doesent either
