I do not get messages as I used to. I am not informed when my letters are registered. And I have not got the address to send NO-342 to. Can it be fixed?

When you request an address, all the information is displayed in the next page, including the address. An email is also sent with this information. You need to check also the junk/spam folders. Sometimes the emails end up there.

On this page you can find a list with your exchanges. If you click on the id, you will find there all the information, including the address where to send the stamps.

Have found out that the problem is mostly on my side. The only club-problem is that when i ask for address number 6, I do net get the address immediately. It is sent by mail, and when I do not get mails as I used to, there is a small problem. Must see an expert.
