Sometimes the envelope you receive is a little torn and it may be difficult to read the ID-number. I suggest that we also write the ID-number on the inside of the envelope.
Second request: Often there are good stamps on the envelope. But if the envelope is coloured red or green, the stamps might get discoloured when you try to soak them. White envelopes are best.
